Penn Place Apartments is excited to facilitate a special holiday decorating contest for our tenants once again this year! There are no specific parameters for how you decorate your front door or front porch, as long as the photographed area being judged is no wider than one car width.
Staff will come around on December 23rd to photograph every decorated apartment in daylight and after dark. Winners will be announced shortly after the holiday, and prizes up for grabs include:
1st Prize: 5 Burner Gas Grill
2nd Prize: Farberware Ceramic Nonstick 14-Piece Set
3rd Prize: $50.00 Gift Certificate to Gene's
All contestants agree to have pictures of their entries put on Facebook to be eligible for prizes. If you do not wish to have your decorations photographed, please let the staff in the office know before December 23rd.
