Apartment Complex Manager
 
Vap Property Solutions is seeking an independent and friendly professional to oversee our tenant relationships for a privately owned, well-maintained, 56-unit apartment complex known as Penn Place Apartments, located in beautiful Anthony, Kansas. This full-time position is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations with a positive, problem-solving attitude. Responsibilities will include processing tenant applications, leasing available units, rent collection, daily deposits, data entry and record keeping, enforcement of community policies, lease renewals, supervision of maintenance activities, etc. Successful candidate should be confident using Word, Excel, and other computer technology, as well as being an organized and detailed communicator. The Manager is expected to participate in team discussions with humility, and to always operate the apartment complex with integrity, treating every tenant with respect. Prior experience with administrative management preferred, but not required.
